No. One account works for booking care and offering services as a sitter. Turn on sitter mode in your profile and complete the setup.
You add information about yourself and your approximate location. Set your schedule, list your services and prices. Then complete verification — it's there to keep both sides safe.
Name, photo, bio, date of birth, map pin, at least one priced service, a skill, calendar, bank details, verified email and phone, completed verification, and safety rules accepted. Sitters must be 18 or older.
In the app — list or map. Filter by city, date, pet type, service, skills, and rating.
Browse sitters in the app → send a booking from their profile (pet, dates, service) → sitter accepts → chat → sitter confirms they're ready → card payment → service → owner marks it complete. Exact address and contacts unlock after payment.
Yes. Before you submit a booking request to a sitter, you can chat with them and get acquainted. Once the sitter confirms they're ready to provide the services you've requested, you can complete your payment.
Pet owners pay by bank card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay. Funds are held and paid to the sitter only after the service has been provided and the hold period has ended.
A hold freezes the money you pay to a sitter on the service's account for 12–24 hours after the service is actually provided — to protect both sides and prevent fraud.
The commission keeps the app running and growing, and funds support for both sides if conflicts or disputes arise.
Free before payment. After payment — free until 24 hours before the service day. Later owner cancellation: 50% refund, the rest to the sitter. If the sitter cancels after payment — full refund to the owner.
